Returns & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind, we are here to help.

Returns

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused goods if returned to us within 7 days from the date you receive the item. You must notify us of the return by email at essex@charlesbirch.com or telephone on 01702 530 656 and send them (at your own risk and cost by recorded delivery or courier) to:

To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition that you receive them.

  • Your goods must be in the original packaging with the tags and labels still in place.
  • Your goods need to have the receipt or proof of purchase and been purchased directly from www.vibram.co.uk.
  • If you believe that the goods have a defect or fault then you should not make any further use of them before returning them to us. We will replace the goods or refund you provided that the defect or fault is not caused by usual wear and tear, damage caused accidentally or deliberately, your negligence, if the goods have been misused, altered or repaired without our approval or if you failed to follow product instructions. If we do not find any defect or fault then your cancellation and refund rights are limited to 7 days as stated above This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable accept the return of socks when removed from their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your goods, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will immediately notify you on the status of you refund after inspecting the goods.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.

We will endeavour to refund the full purchase price together with our standard delivery charge paid within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that if you want to return only some items but keep the remainder of your order, you will not be entitled to a refund of the delivery charge.

We may reduce the amount we refund to you if you use them, damage them or otherwise do something beyond what is reasonably necessary to examine them that reduces their resale value.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will not be responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in the post.
